# Email tracking

> Follow the delivery and opening of the quote emails sent to each participant

When you send a quote by email from the **Share Dealroom** tab, Qwoty tracks each email: whether it was delivered, bounced, or clicked. You see this information in the quote editor's sidebar.

## Where to find it

Open the quote and look at the sidebar's **Home** tab. Once at least one quote email has tracking data, a table appears below the participants with one row per participant:

| Column | Description |
| - | - |
| Status icon | The last status of the email sent to this participant. Hover it to see the label |
| **Participant** | The participant's name |
| **Quote opening** | How many times the participant clicked the link to open the quote |
| **Last action** | When the participant last clicked the link, as a relative time. Hover it for the exact date and time |

The table only lists the quote's current participants. It doesn't appear for quotes shared only with **Get link**.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Sent** | The email left Qwoty |
| **Delivered** / **Received** | The email reached the participant's mailbox |
| **Clicked** | The participant clicked the link to the Dealroom |
| **Bounced** | The email was rejected by the participant's mail server, for example because the address doesn't exist |
| **Failed** | The email couldn't be sent |

A **Bounced** or **Failed** status shows a warning icon. Check the participant's email address, fix it in the customer's contacts, and share the quote again.

> Tracking counts clicks on the link in Qwoty's email. Visits through a link you copied from **Get link** aren't counted.
