This release ships a new version of the public API. There is no versioning: the new contract replaces the old one in place. Existing integrations must be updated.
- Identifiers unified:
id_crm,id_erp,id_accountingandexternal_idsare replaced by a singleidentifiersobject across all endpoints. Bracket-flat keys are rejected on write. - Product-parent catalogs:
catalog_idsis replaced bycatalogs(full objects withid,name,api_name). Write is unchanged. - Prices — embedded resources:
product_variant_id,pricebook_id,currency_id,default_tax_idandbilling_frequency_idare replaced by embedded objects. A new read-onlykeyfield provides a semantic identifier for each price. - Token permissions: Write endpoints on catalogs, prices and products now enforce role rights. Tokens without
product_pricing:writereceive a403. - Custom fields:
custom_fieldsis now a typed key-value object indexed byapi_name, replacing the legacy array.custom_propertieson quotes is renamedcustom_fields.

Complete rewrite of the PDF generation pipeline for better reliability and performance.
- New PDF engine: The entire PDF generation system has been rebuilt from the ground up for faster rendering and improved consistency across all quote layouts.
- Smarter storage: PDFs now record who requested the generation rather than defaulting to the quote owner.
- Auto-regeneration: PDFs are automatically regenerated when attachments are modified on a quote, ensuring the downloaded file is always up to date.
- Fix — Integrations: Resolved an issue where addresses were not being saved correctly when coming from a CRM.

A major overhaul of how permissions and contracts are managed inside templates.
- Content block permissions: New granular permission model for content blocks within templates — control exactly who can view or edit each block.
- New contract insertion system: Contracts now support an
insertion_mode. Mandatory contracts are automatically inserted into new quotes; templates display which contract models are linked. - Payment method permissions: Templates now expose which payment methods are authorised, with the allowed methods surfaced directly in quotes.
- Payment term permissions: Same permission logic applied to payment terms — only authorised terms appear in the quote form.
- API: New fields added to the product object payload.
- Fix: Resolved several issues around content block saving, empty content/contract insertion, and payment term permissions.

More flexibility in the approval workflow and daily quote management.
- Approval — discount trigger: Approvals can now be triggered when a discount is applied to a quote, giving you more control over what goes through validation.
- Quote duplication from the list: A new “Duplicate” action is now available directly from the quotes datatable — no need to open the quote first.
- Margin in approvals: Approvers can now see the gross margin directly in the approval view alongside the quote total.
- CRM — Hubspot: The “Actions” button is back and visible on approved quotes in the HubSpot card.
- Fix: Corrected the notice period duration calculation on quotes.

- Approval — streamlined attributes: The approval view now focuses on what matters — total and margin — removing noise from secondary attributes.
- Plan gating: Product configuration is now restricted to Pro and Enterprise plans.
- CRM card actions: Updated action set on the HubSpot CRM card for a cleaner experience.
