This section covers how to create and organize customer records in Qwoty. Every quote is linked to a customer: the customer record stores contacts, billing and shipping addresses, custom fields, and the resources (templates, catalogs, pricebooks, discounts…) available when you quote that customer. In the left side menu, the Customer menu has two items:
  • Customer: your customer records
  • Customer Segment: groups of customers that share the same linked resources
