If you belong to several workspaces, you work in one at a time: the current workspace. Its quotes, customers, catalogs, and settings are the ones you see. You can switch at any time.

Switch from the workspace switcher

Open the workspace switcher

At the top of the main navigation, click the current workspace name. The menu lists your workspaces, grouped by organisation.

Select a workspace

Click the workspace you want to work in. Qwoty shows “Workspace changed successfully” and opens the dashboard of that workspace.

Open the organisation settings

Click Settings, then General in the Organisation section.

Select the workspace

In Organisation Workspaces, click the workspace name, or select Edit in its ⋯ menu. Qwoty switches to that workspace and opens its General settings.

Switch when you create a quote from your CRM

When you click New quote on a CRM deal, Qwoty checks which of your workspaces have access to the deal. If several do, Select a workspace appears: pick one and click Continue. If only one does, Qwoty switches to it automatically.

Common questions

You only see the workspaces you’re a member of. Ask an administrator of that workspace to invite you. See Manage users.
Not necessarily. Roles are defined per workspace, so you can have a different role in each one.
