General workspace settings define the default configuration of your workspace: its name, the locale of the back office, the time zone, and the unit system.
You need a role with the Workspace settings permission to change these settings. See Permissions reference.

Click Settings in the main navigation.

In the Workspace section, click General.

Available settings

The General Information card contains the following fields: Click Save to apply your changes.
The language of the Dealroom and of the quote PDF doesn’t come from these settings. It follows the language of the quote template. See Languages and localization.

Technical identifiers

Two read-only identifiers appear at the bottom of the page: Copy these identifiers when you contact Qwoty support or configure an integration.

Common questions

Yes. Each user sets their own Language, Locale, and Timezone in their profile (user menu › Profile).
No. Changing the unit system doesn’t convert values you already entered. Update product data manually if needed.
