Prerequisites
- The quote is editable (Draft, Published, Approved, Approval rejected, or Pending approval)
- The quote’s catalog contains active products with a price in the quote’s pricebook
Open the Quote section
Open the quote from Project › Quote and expand the Quote section. When the quote is empty, it shows the buttons to add your first section.
- + Product section: adds a section for one-off products
- + Plan section: adds a section for recurring products (subscriptions), organized in phases
- + Import bundle: adds the products of one or more bundles of the catalog
- Build with AI: extracts lines from a file or pasted text. See Import line items with AI
Depending on your subscription and template, you may also see + Add configurated and + Content section. They aren’t shown in every workspace.
Add product lines

Open the Add a line window
Click + Product section or + Plan section to create a section and pick its first products. In an existing section or phase, click + Add a line.

Select products
In the Products tab, search by name or reference, and filter by language (All languages) or category (All Category). The list shows each product’s Name, Variant, and Price with its pricing model. Check the products you want: they appear under Selected products.

Add the lines
Click Add (n). The lines are added with their pricebook price and a quantity of 1.

Adjust quantities and prices
Edit the Qty, U. Price, and Discount directly in the line. The Net U. Price and Line Total update automatically. To change how a line is priced (flat, volume, graduated…), click the pricing icon next to the unit price. See Configure line items.

Save
Click Save in the header.
Import a bundle

Open Import bundle
Click + Import bundle. The window lists the active bundles linked to the quote’s catalog.

Select bundles
Check one or more bundles, then click Add selected. Products of the bundle that aren’t in the quote’s catalog are skipped, and a message tells you how many lines weren’t added.
Add a configured product
Configured products come from Products & pricing › Product Configuration, which depends on your subscription.1
Pick the configured product
In Add a line, open the Configured products tab, then click Setup on the product you want.

Configure it
In Configure the product, choose a Product variant if the product has several, then select the options. Hints such as “Select at least 1 option” show the rules set on the configuration. The Summary shows the resulting items and the Total.

Add it
Click Add. The product appears as a Configurated line with its Configuration option lines below it.
Manage lines
Each line has its own actions:- Edit line: change the line’s name, description, and assets for this quote
- Line settings: make the line optional, let the customer change the quantity, set minimum and maximum quantities, or mark it as pay-as-you-go. See Configure line items
- Duplicate line and Remove line
- Move line: drag the handle to reorder lines

Check that the product is active, is in the quote’s catalog, has a price in the quote’s pricebook, and has the right billing type (one-off products only appear in product sections, recurring products in plan sections). Also check the language and category filters.
I don't see the Configured products tab or Build with AI
