You need a role with write access to Products & pricing to create and manage bundles.
Access the bundle creation screen

Navigate to Products & pricing
In the left side menu, click Products & pricing.

Open Bundle
Click Bundle.

Create a new bundle
Click New bundle to open the bundle form.
Configure the bundle

Fill in general information
In General Information:
- Name (required): for example,
Starter PackorEnterprise Suite - Reference: internal reference code
- Description (optional): what the bundle includes

Choose the catalogs
In Bundle used in, select the Catalogs where the bundle is available.
Only products linked to every selected catalog are available in the bundle. For example, if you link the bundle to catalogs 1 and 2, a product listed only in catalog 1 can’t be added. If you change the catalogs later, Qwoty warns you before removing products that are no longer available.

Add sections and products
In the Bundle section, build the content with the same section builder as the quote editor:
- + Product section: a section of products. Click Add product to add products.
- + Plan section: a section of recurring products organized in phases. Name it in Plan section name and click Add phase to add phases.

Configure external identifiers (optional)
In Identifiers, enter the CRM ID, ERP ID, or Accounting ID.

Set status and API name
Set Status to Active. The API Name is generated automatically.

Save the bundle
Click Save at the top right.
What happens next
The bundle appears in the bundle list (where you can also Duplicate it) and becomes available in quotes that use one of its catalogs. In the quote editor, sales reps click + Import bundle to insert its sections. Lines are priced from the quote’s pricebook, like any other line. The Activity panel tracks all changes made to the bundle.Troubleshooting

Check that the bundle is Active and linked to the catalog used by the quote.

The product must be linked to every catalog selected in Bundle used in. Add the product to those catalogs, or remove a catalog from the bundle.

The API name is locked after the first save to protect integrations. To use a different API name, duplicate the bundle and deactivate the old one.
